Keepers Lodge is the main house which has been creatively curated with luxurious interiors and furniture, combining old Cotswold architecture alongside modern features and style. There are rich colours and artwork layered throughout, enhancing the property’s warm and welcoming feel. 

On the ground floor of the house, you’ll be greeted by a spacious hall lined with redbrick flooring and storage for all outdoor clothing and boots etc. Following on from the hallway, you’ll find the dining room, drawing room, cinema room, utility room and kitchen, with a Sonos system throughout. The dining room sits between the cinema room and kitchen and is an inviting space, with a large oval table at its centre that can host up to sixteen people. 

The radiant and airy feel follows through to the kitchen, with its additional dining table, which is a delightful and open bright space illuminated with natural light from the substantial roof lantern. With elegant green handmade cabinets, Carrera marble island and seating area looking out through the glass patio doors to the enchanting garden and forest, the kitchen blends the outside within. A very practical utility room can be found next to the kitchen, equipped with washing and drying machines, dishwasher, storage as well as a butler’s sink and views to the pool. 

Past the dining room, and down the corridor, you’ll find the cinema room, invitingly painted in Farrow and Ball Inchyra blue complimented by the wooden oak beams on the ceiling. This room is equipped with a very generously sized smart TV with Sky, Wii and hundreds of DVD’s and CD’s to be played through the surround sound system. With a large fireplace and extensive array of board games, the cinema room is ideal for family movie nights cozied up with hot chocolates or a card game. Just right of the cinema room, there is a downstairs loo.

Up the stairs to the first floor, you’ll find a bright landing space which leads to the four bedrooms. Each bedroom with its unique palette and style is generously sized with luxuriously comfortable beds, guaranteeing a good night sleep. One the first-floor landing there is a family bathroom, with a free-standing bath and separate large rainfall shower. 

The master bedroom has enviable stunning views overlooking vast fields of green that make up the Cotswold countryside. You’ll find a lavish Super king size bed, a smart TV, generous wardrobe space and en suite, with a bath and showerhead. The second bedroom is a charming shade of blue teamed with green upholstery and conveniently has a double zip link bed as well as a double fold out sofa bed for sleep overs, wardrobe space as well as a desk. Bedroom number three is a chic raw plaster colour with a clever play on upholstery stripes and florals, which flow over the double zip link bed headboard and blinds. The room conveniently has plenty of storage in the form of a chest of drawers as well as wardrobe space. The final bedroom is painted crisp white, opening into the rafters, with a King size bed, oak vanity wardrobe space and en suite.

The garden is absolutely magical, with acres of greenery and woodland as well as an array of amenities designed for outdoor adventure. Outside you’ll find a trampoline, cricket nets, football goals, a nine-hole chip and putt coarse, basketball, badminton, baseball, table tennis, netball, zip wire, a hot tub, 12m air source heated pool with an electric solar cover as well as a pool house with a multi game arcade table, darts, an outdoor shower, loo and sink. The single story accommodation not only boasts lux interiors, but beautiful woodlands views, which can be enjoyed from every room. 

Keepers Annex is a lovely Cotswold studio apartment, which sleeps two, (in addition to a trundle bed), with a contemporary shower room. The interiors are light, bright, and beautifully decorated. The annexe sits in the grounds of Keepers Lodge, with the space thoughtfully designed to create a charming bolthole. With its rural location, Keepers Annexe emits tranquillity with stunning views.
Keepers Stable and Annex are perfect to host large families and groups of friends and combined with the main house beds there is accommodation for 14 in addition to a sofa bed, trundle bed and 3 travel cots.
